goodbye, little penguins and pastel dinosaurs.
yesterday, i dragged out all the bins and sorted through them first by size, and then by condition. from new with tags, to rags. i washed every garment, made small repairs, sorted them again into different bins and boxes. now they're off to the secondhand shops and to tiny cousins in other states. my stubborn heart has such a hard time letting go.

working on: laundry. cleaning out the fridge. string enough little things together, and you've made it through the day.
in the garden: the lilies of the valley are in bloom, so it's time to set out the tomatoes.
