as you drag yourself in front of the mirror in the morning, you think, this is what it is. only this and nothing else.

reading: nothing at the moment. i am waiting on a book to arrive in the mail.
listening to: a seminar in the other room.
working on: knitting christmas mittens for my sister, who is unlikely to notice or care.
in the garden: this coming weekend, i will hang the strands of holiday lights that make my house look like a gingerbread cottage.
