so much of what people believe is thinking is just thinking theater
at the state fair, my mom and i rode the carousel swings and marveled over all the foods one could have deep-fried. later, my sister and i read together over coffee in the kitchen. it's been a while - years, in fact - since my sister's talked to me as if i were a person with ideas. i hadn't realized how much i'd missed that.
